The Swords of Destiny Chapter 2
The Swords of Destiny quest line advances with new opportunities for learning and adventure. The quests for Chapter 1 are still active, so if you have not started on this quest series, do not fear! You will now be able to progress through both chapters of the quest line and learn more about the Swords of Destiny.Final Profession Hats
Conjurers and Coercer's will be happy to know that their profession hats are on the way! The inclusion of these two profession hats will conclude the project and result in every adventuring class having a profession hat to call their own! Keep an eye on the EQ2 Players website for a sneak peek at these hats, coming soon!New Quests in Butcherblock
Players adventuring in the Butcherblock Mountains will discover new questing opportunities awaiting them after the update. Watch for more details on who to talk with in the GU33 Update Notes.New Macro System
The macro system has undergone a full retooling! The new changes will offer many new options and extended functionality. Examples include: Drag-and-drop support for macro creation, with automatic generation of steps as icons are dragged in. Any icon from the game can be used as the icon that identifies your macro in a hotbar. Macros icons on the hotbar will reflect the reuse timer for the first spell in the macro. Right clicking on a spell in the toolbar will now offer a 'Create Macro' option. Players will also be able to execute more commands per individual macro. For more information about the changes to macros see this thread from Rothgar.Changes to Tinkering
The component requirements in Tinkering recipes have been halved! This does not include fuel components, but should result in a significant reduction in the number of components required for tinkering. This isn't an April Fool's joke either; life just got better for our tinkering friends!…wise adventurers will be on the lookout for strangeness on April Fools mind you.
