All the news from E3 and beyond may have you thinking forward to Rise of Kunark and all the adventures you will have in the expansion, but that does not mean the live game is stopping for one moment. Game Update 37 will be coming to the live servers soon, and it's time to take a look at some of the highlights!

Merchant Buyback

Have you ever had one of those "Noooooooo!" moments, where you accidentally sell something to a shifty vendor who won't give it back? Those days are gone! New mandates have been enforced across all of Norrath and vendors will now be willing to sell you back items you have accidentally sold them.

Broker Conveniences

Game Update 37 will mark the end of the days where you have to shuffle items to your 'selling' character to have them up on the broker! All characters on your account will be able to list items for sale at the same time on the broker. Those items will remain listed provided that one of your characters logs into the game at least once every seven days.

Quest Item Information

Items that are related to quests will now display that information when you examine them. This will ensure that it's clear what the items are for when they are in your inventory, and that you don't mistake them for items unrelated to your quests.

Emerald Halls - Persistent Raid Instance

Raiders will be able to spend more time focused on strategy and tactics than watching the clock in the Emerald Halls. After you enter it, you can return to the zone at any time in the next 10 days to complete it; until at least one member of your raid completes the zone. This is the first zone to demonstrate the 'Persistent Raid Instance' technology being developed for Rise of Kunark. With Game Update 37, players will be able to raid the Emerald Halls as their personal time allows, eliminating the gating of the content for people who cant raid the halls for a protracted amount of time in one sitting.

Achievement Reset Gains New Flexibility

When you reset your Achievement Points, you will no longer be locked into spending the points in the tree you initially placed them. This means you can move the points between the Kingdom of Sky and Echoes of Faydwer trees until you find that perfect combination for your play style!
