With so many posts happening in the EQII Official Forums at all times, it can be very hard to keep up with them all, and very easy to miss some real gems and opportunities to share. Have no fear though; the Treasure Chest is here to highlight interesting, unusual, and humorous posts, as well as opportunities to help your fellow player with a question or two.

Treasure of Knowledge!

Troodon has given us an outstanding overview of the history of Faydwer and Odus! Pictures as well as explanation abound in this tour, leading you to all of the major locations of Faydwer. Odus opens as well, granting us a peek as to how ancient Norrath used to look.

What of the enigmatic Half Elves and what of their lineage? LiNkInPaRk789 has brought up this very interesting question in regards to the history of Half Elves as well as possible changes to how they're created.

The debate rages on! Are tradeskills worth your time? As shown in Scruffies's post, it seems to entirely matter from person to person as to whether you're inclined to be a tradeskill'er or no. Do you have what it takes to stand at a desk all day to toil at a trade? Are you more a spell-slinger or sword swinger?

What happens when you find that the grass is greener on the other side of the tradeskill fence? Should you delete and remake a hard-earned character to then be a spellsmith and not a tailor? Slantymcgarglefist has had to ponder this question in their post "A difficult decision (for me) ahead"!

Gems of Opinion!

In your opinion, what non-pet class is "best" in solo adventure? Revark has posed this question this week in our forums, and it's certain to be an interesting outcome!

It's a hard knock life to have to start the day with gear some folks can only dream of, to hold raw power in your young hands when others toil at questing and adventuring to scrape a meager meal. How do you know when you're a "twink"? Lithran has asked this very meaningful question, perhaps you have a say in the matter?

Lionidas has brought up a very interesting question this week... Why are raiders so scorned by many of their fellow adventuring brethren? Why is having a focus to succeed in high-level raids such a blight to some?

It seems that we've scraped the very bottom of another Treasure Chest! If we've possibly missed any good loot of interest or entertainment, please let us know within the official EQII forums for the enjoyment of your fellow adventurers!
