What do you do for fun when you aren't working with the Community?
When I am not working with SOE community, I love to draw as well as play mini's games (Namely Warmachine and Hordes). My art runs the gamut of fantasy and streampunk to sci-fi and even anthropomorphic (art that represents animals as people, like bugs bunny). I've always drawn from what my parents say, having put pencil or crayon to paper ever since they can remember. I mainly dabble in pen and ink work, with photoshop as a coloring tool.

My mini wargaming thirst has hit critical-mass levels due to having collected over 5 differing factions for the two games mentioned. My painting desk at home is getting more and more covered with un-painted models then finished ones thanks to my habit, as well as friends that don't like the modeling side of the hobby. I wish there was more time to spend playing with the local game groups but sadly a healthy social life and sleep are major requirements as well. ::laughs::

What are some of your favorite foods?
Mmm, food! My first and foremost love is coffee... I'm known by my friends and family as a coffee fiend. If you catch me without a Starbucks in my hand or on my desk, it's unusual. Some folks just don't have the stomach for 2 huge latte's a day, I guess. Other then coffee, I am pretty laid-back with what I eat. I do stay away from meats mainly, but I do nosh on some from time to time. Having grown up closely with a grandmother from the Polish "old country", I tend not to waste what I'm given, so anything that I am served is usually attempted. (That's landed me in some interesting spots, with some interesting foods... A Serrano pepper was the last incident.)

You have worked with the EQII community for a little over a month, what are your first impressions?
The community is outstanding and really outspoken! With the immense depth of EQII, the players get very in-tuned with their characters, classes, races and lore and are very knowledgeable in what they do. I've thankfully met some of our players at this recent Fan Faire as well as past Fan Faires and conventions, and they're all golden.

What is your favorite part of EQII?
As mentioned earlier, the depth. I enjoy that there's so much to do, even in regards to Tradeskills. You can be that adventurer that finds the corners of Norrath and slays all that they find for the best items, you can be that tradeskill person that equips those that throw themselves in front of the gods, you can even choose to be a harvester and run the length and breadth of Norrath for the ever elusive "shinies". It's a rare instance (Heh.. Puns ahoy!) that you're hedged in with a specific start and end to an adventure, to find anything truly linear in design is really rare. If you want the "Start story, adventure, save the princess, end of story" kind of game, this isn't for you.

What's your background in gaming?
I've been playing online games ever since "America Online" was something new and to be played with. I was a BBS fanatic, and then tried a weird new game called Ultima Online. I played my heart out in that game until an even more amazing fantasy game came out... EverQuest. I signed onto EverQuest, and for a good 4 years, I created more characters then I can count. I am a self-realized Alt'oholic, so none of my legion of alts even reached over level 30. I traveled everywhere to explore, roleplay and take screenshots of the places I'd been, some places that were extremely aggravating since I was so extremely under-level to be there to start out with.

From there I tried MANY of the proceeding MMOs, but never finding that spark that I had with EQ. About 4 years ago, I was contacted by a friend that worked in SOE and they asked if I was interested in moving from Washington to work there, to be a GM in Customer Service... After the preliminary thoughts of "Ooh, that's a long move", I decided and packed my bags! From there, I've mainly been an "Agent" for Everquest Online Adventures as well as assisting for other game titles as well, and then moved over to Community relations, where I'm happy to call home.
