Where in the real life world do you live? Outside of Houston, Texas.

How long have you played EQII? A little bit after launch, it was a Christmas present! (Ooo. Nice shiny metal collector's edition box! My precious…. ^_^ )

What other MMOs have you played? The first Everquest, Star Wars Galaxies, and a smattering of stuff here and there.

What type of work do you do? High school art teacher

How long is your typical gaming session when playing EQII? Anywhere between 2-3 hours, but sometimes a little bit longer depending on what we are doing.

What does a typical EQII day consist of for you? Usually a lot of it is maintenance of the guild, chatting, sneaking a little bit questing or grouping when I can get it going.

What was the race and class of your very first character? Spindel. /grin Ratonga Ranger!

What got you into gaming and what sort of games do you like the most? When I was a little kid, for Christmas one year, my dad was a big war gamer. For Christmas, my Mom got him the D&D basic set! (Yeah, the big red book with all the funky little dice.) I picked it up and was hooked, and dragged all my other friends into it!

What other hobbies or activities do you take part in, other then playing EverQuest II? Recently, I have been doing a lot of painting, drawing and such, but when I am more active, I do kickboxing, weightlifting, and karate.

What is your highest level in EQII? 73 Ranger

What race and class is your main character? /grin Ratonga Ranger!

What do you like the most about the class you have chosen for your main character? I >love< being able to be hitting hard in combat. Plink. Dead. Plink. Dead. Plink. Dead. Er… waitaminit. Um… rangers STINK! THEY STINK! GAH! /runs from the ranger nerf bat! ;P

Does your main character worship a deity? Meh. Not really. Gives some lip service to Mithaniel Marr, but also sees where the Tribunal comes from.

How did you choose your main character's name? When I first got the game, I was still waiting for my computer to come in. So, I was reading a little bit of lore that was in the Prima's Strategy guide. They had mentioned some about the tradition of Ratonga names, and I was like 'Neat!' So I was thinking about it. Ratonga seemed to have a really lot of kids, and with that, I kind of figured that you would name the child with the first thing that they came across as doing, a specific incident, or a certain characteristic. Crooktail, Spotty. Sneaky. Spindel came from him having VERY sharp teeth when he was a small ratling, and he bit his mom! Sharp as a spindle! (Unfortunately, the name Spindle was already taken, so I just did a quick switch and there ya go!)

Which classes in EQII have you NOT played? Hrm. Not a lot of the evil classes. I really am not one to jump from class to class. I try to invest a lot into my characters, and get them good rp and stat wise. Most of my characters have been good or neutral classes to make it easy to work in my guild primarily.

What is your favorite expansion? Oh… I always have been a fan of Desert of Flames. I think that the outdoor zones are beautiful. The sunsets in Pillars of Flame are like…Wow. I also like the Living Tombs, because it just is so darn creepy.

What is your favorite zone? This one is a three-way tie. I love the whole Solusek's Eye look. Coming into it when I was working on my prismatics was awesome! Runnyeye is the best for just sheer out fun. Being a tracker and running from named mob to named mob 'The three eyes are up! GO GO GO!' Is just a blast. I look forward to it whenever I can mentor! But overall? Unrest. It is hands down >the< best zone. A story. Not just hack and slash. The part in the catacombs with the mists? Awesome.

What is your favorite npc? Billy. Hands down.

What is the most platinum you have ever spent on purchasing a single item for one of your characters? 10 plat on getting those rare as heck Conjuror pet Master Spells! Grr…

Do you have an item you no longer use but keep around for nostalgic reasons? If so what is it and why do you keep it? In Stonestair, there is a mob called 'An orphaned kitten' I got the cat and it is currently living in my house now!

What do you like best about EverQuest II? The people. The friends I have made here I cannot begin to tell you how cool they are. This game has been amazing in bringing folks together and giving them a place to play in and a world to share!

What do you get out of playing EverQuest II? There is always something to do. Never a dull moment. Be it in a raid, or rp, or just hanging out? I am >never< bored.

Describe your best experience from playing EverQuest II? Wow. There are a lot. Um… The Festival of Unity, the Freeport War, the first time we did a 'Moonshine Run', getting my breastplate in Unrest, seeing Nagafen for the first time. Having my friends from the game fly in across the country for our guild get together… it is an awesome thing. But the best thing? Once again, the friends. You guys rock.
