Psia's Hammer and Kerra Club - Netteville Market Row at the Qeynos Exchange

This gnome's been to many a tavern and restaurant, but I'd never had the pleasure of visiting one run primarily by a Kerran. Psia's Hammer and Kerra Club on the Antonia Bayle server was certainly my first, and I do believe I'll be returning from time to time!

If you find that you're craving some Milk-Plus (the signature drink of this pub, consisting of fresh milk bought from farmers of Thundermist Village, mixed with Blackburrow Stout), try to stop in during one of the "Kerran Nights" held twice monthly! Too, don't forget to pay proper attention to Schnickers, the pub's guard-cat. When this wee gnome visited, this watchful cat followed me about and made sure that I gave it and its home proper respect.

If you're hungry for seafood, you're in luck! Psia's is renown in Netteville for its selection of Norrathian fish-cuisine as seen by the menu. I do recommend the Seared Blowfish, although I'd heard that it's terribly hard to prepare without slaying those that are dining upon it (Whether that's due to the spines or to toxin within these fish, I do not know). The dish itself was a delight to behold, having been garnished lightly with locally grown herbs. I do admit though that I did steer clear of the "Odus in a Can". It reminded me too much of the days when my ma' would crack open oil cans for the household cleaners before they all went haywire and took over the city.

The care Psia has taken to decorate this place is evident, from the homemade altar she's made to rightly display her book of the Kerra to the namesake hammer that adorns the bar.

The book of the Kerra that she so rightly displays is an abridgment of accepted Kerra history, given to Psia's grandmother and handed down through the pride line to Psia herself. If you're interested to hear of that history and you're lucky to catch the owner of this tavern behind the bar, Psia is quite happy to read aloud that story from memory.

The namesake hammer that Psia's Hammer and Kerra Club is named after has its own history as said by the owner, that the weapon was given to her as a gift from the stout dwarves of Firemist Gully. The honor of the weapon means so much to Psia, that it rarely leaves her side and when she's tending the pub, it's there for all to see and examine.

The bar itself is decorated with many Kerran arts and crafts. Even items such as the very rare "Lamps of Kejaan", lamps are known to be named for the leader that once led the Kerran people, can be found. Psia noted too, that in order to show these items as she does now, those items had to be smuggled out of Freeport through the Stonestair Byway! Indeed, a valiant effort to get those items out of the questionable hands of the overlord and his minions for such items of antiquity!
