We are reaching out to the EQ community to ask you to help us out and lend us the one thing that is uniquely yours: a picture of your smiling face.
We are creating a custom EverQuest Photo mosaic made up of photos of our players throughout EQ's seven year history. The final image will be that of Firiona Vie from the original EQ packaging. We will distribute it at our seven year anniversary event, in conjunction with our induction in to the Metreon Walk of Game.
Any image of a smiling EQ player will work. Let's keep in mind this will be a tasteful poster, so inappropriate images will not be used. Click on the I accept link below if you agree to the following terms and want to send us your photo.

IMAGE RELEASE AND ASSIGNMENT OF INTEREST
I understand that Sony Online Entertainment Inc. ("SOE") is producing various products, video footage, photographs and/or other marketing materials publicizing its products (collectively, the "Material"), and that a photographic or video image of myself has been or will be submitted in order that it may appear in the Material (SOE does not guarantee that a submission will appear).
1. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I agree to grant to SOE, its agents, employees, licensees, successors and assigns the following:
(a) The right to use and re-use my photograph picture, rendering, silhouette or other reproduction by photography, film, tape, electronic, digital or otherwise (hereby referred to as my "Likeness") in connection with the Material, and
(b) All rights of every nature whatsoever in connection with use of my Likeness in the Material, including without limitation all copyrights therein and renewals and extensions thereof, and the exclusive, royalty-free right to reproduce, modify, exhibit, display, distribute, create derivative works of, synchronize and otherwise exploit my Likeness in the Material, in whole or in part, in perpetuity throughout the world in any and all media, whether now know or hereafter devised, including without limitation in, and in connection with, the marketing, publicity and promotion of SOE products. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, SOE may exploit such rights by broadcasting the Material or any part thereof, and may use any and all rights granted to SOE herein for any and all commercial, merchandising, promotional and advertising purposes. In this respect, I agree that you may edit, alter, reproduce or otherwise change the Material for any such purpose. I acknowledge that I shall have no ownership, authorship or moral rights in the Material or any part thereof and I expressly waive any and all rights of privacy, moral rights or rights of attribution and integrity, in and with respect to my Likeness and the Materials. I understand that, once my Likeness is submitted, anyone can download and/or distribute my Likeness, in whole or in part.
2. Further, I hereby release SOE and its parent and sister companies, and their officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions or causes of action of any kind, nature or description, which I or any of my successors or assigns may now, or at any time, have or claim to have any reason of, arising out of, relating to or in any way connected with the filming, taping, recording, broadcasting, distribution, exhibition, display, advertising, dissemination or other exploitation of my Likeness.
3. I represent that I am eighteen years of age or older and have the right and power to enter into this agreement and that the photograph I am submitting is of me.
4. This release shall inure to the benefit of, and shall be binding upon, our respective successors, licensees, assigns, heirs and personal representatives. SOE shall not be obligated to utilize any of the rights granted hereunder or utilize my name within the Material, it being understood that SOE will have complete artistic and creative freedom and discretion. All determinations made by SOE in this regard shall be final. This release constitutes our entire understanding with respect to the subject matter hereof, and cannot be amended except by a written instrument signed by the parties hereto.
