ABILITIES

  • Channeler
    • Corrected a bug with Toxic Effusion that prevented it from applying to more then one target.
  •  Necromancer
    • Minion's Soulstealing will now have the application text "feeds on stolen souls" when it applies to a target.
  • Abilities that modify the base damage of abilities or combat arts without a health percentage requirement will now display the modification on the ability tooltips and examine. Some examples of abilities with these types of modifications are the priest offensive and defensive stances:

    • Master of Storms

ITEMIZATION

  • Weapons should drop at a lower rate from all dungeon sources in Scars of Destruction content.
  • The Scars of Destruction Gear Crate V and Scars of Destruction Gear Crate VI now contain fewer weapons.
  • "Drinal Plushie" and "Chaotic Drinal, Avatar of Afterlife Visage" house items are now the correct scale, the same size as the other deity celebration plushies.
  • Relic and Greater Relic items dropped in Scars of Destruction content have been updated to provide an additional stat through item effects.
  • Upgraded versions of these Relic and Greater Relic items are now available to purchase from the Velium Drachma Merchant Aryk Skybinder. These "Untarnished" items will grant additional stats from their item effects. Players who have already unlocked Scars of Destruction Relic account flags will see these new versions already unlocked for purchase.
  • The following purchased crates have been corrected to not give duplicate rewards if that specific item is already in your bags:
    • Scars of Destruction Gear Crate V
    • Scars of Destruction Gear Crate VI
    • Scars of Destruction Gear Crate VII
    • Scars of Destruction Gear Crate VIII
  • All weapons in Scars of Destruction have been updated to use the appropriate damage type: crushing, slashing, or piercing.
  • The following consumables have been updated to give the correct stats when used:
    • Handcrafted Coldwork Elixir of Tactics
    • Mastercrafted Coldwork Elixir of Tactics
  • Temporary adornments for two-handed weapons have been corrected to grant double the stats of single adornment versions.
  • The effect on the Zimaran Rune: Back Room Dealings now requires being in a Scars of Destruction or previous expansion zone instead of a Ballads of Zimara or previous expansion zone.
  • Reduced Celestial spell scroll drop rates in Scars of Destruction zones.

LIVE EVENTS

  • Gallivanting Gifties - This quest is now available for players on Varsoon!

MARKETPLACE

  • Corrected the appearance of Afrosta the Frigid plushie.
  • Year of Darkpaw Plushies now all have Plushie in the name.

QUESTS

  • Let the Adventure Begin! - Quest now properly updates when the player receives the Mark of Manaar, as intended. Those who already have the Mark of Manaar are advised to move the item from your currency tab to your shared bank and back again to receive the proper update.
  • Lore and Legend: Kappa - Unlock the mysteries of the kappa with this new Lore and Legend quest in Sodden Archipelago.

TRADESKILLS

  • For the daily Scars of Destruction tradeskill mission "Shooting the Breeze", the recipe name is now "Bundled Wastes Ammunition" to properly match quest dialogue and the item created.
  • Recipes in Coldwork Jeweler's Primer books (handcrafted recipes) now call for the common chalcedony instead of the rare porphyry stone.
  • Corrected a bug that prevented the Scars of Destruction Hunters harvests from being returned by the Artisan's Pack Pony if you have completed "A Gathering Obsession Beyond The Grave".

ZONES AND POPULATION

  • Scars of Destruction Hot Zones

    • Defeating the final zone boss now spawns a bonus boss encounter whose mitigations are so hot that player stats do not apply when attempting to extinguish them. Those who spawn these bonus bosses have one chance to defeat them once attacked before they dissolve into smoke and ash, and only two minutes to do so! Good luck!

  • General
    • Shock of Lightning can no longer harm NPC targets.
    • Infernal Bolt can no longer harm NPC targets.
  • Dragon Necropolis: Chetari Warrens [All Versions]
    • The Access Restrictions on Jaled Dar's treasure chest has been reduced from 60 to 15 minutes.
  • Dragon Necropolis: Vaults of Veneration [All Versions]
    • The Access Restrictions on Lord U-Know-Who's treasure chest has been reduced from 60 to 15 minutes.
  • Blackhook Spiral: Stonebrunt Defile [Heroic II]
    • State immune buffs applied during the encounter with Orok the Overbearing now also increase weapon and ability range.
  • Blackhook Spiral: Corrupted Caldera [Heroic II]
    • A key's weapon stance has been changed and its size increased to help better identify it amongst other keys during an encounter with Blackgut the Promised [Challenge].
  • Celebration Avatar Challenge: Roehn Theer [Raid]
    • All encounters within the zone now have reduced offensive stats.
  • Sodden Archipelago: Blackhook Badlands [Heroic II]
    • The unlocked revive point no longer zones you to the Forsaken Isle.
  • Solo boss encounters in the overland regions of Sodden Archipelago and Western Wastes now grant achievements.
  • Vesspyr Isles - A couple Etherpine lairs that tended to spawn under the world have been adjusted.
  • Western Wastes: Charnel Scar [Solo]
    • Glutterous Klag and Alkorahil the Slicer no longer have the voice of a Blackhook orc.
